All our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly. Please read this policy before you buy.

Cancellations

Because the file is delivered as soon as payment is complete, an order cannot be cancelled after payment.

Refunds

Digital files cannot be returned, so we do not offer refunds once the file has been delivered, including for change of mind or buying by mistake.

When we will help

• You were charged but did not receive your download link
• The file does not download or open
• You were charged twice for the same order

Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order email or payment ID. We will send the file again or fix the problem; for a duplicate payment, we will refund the extra charge.
