Order & Download Help

The Digital Teacher Diary comes as 2 PDF files: the Pen Edition (for writing with a stylus) and the Typing Edition (for typing with a keyboard or phone keypad). Download both.

Where is my download?

  • Right after payment, your download links appear on the confirmation page.
  • You also get it by email. Search your inbox for “Superprofile” and check your Spam and Promotions folders.
  • Not there after 15 minutes? Contact us with your order email or payment ID.

Open it on an iPad (GoodNotes or Noteshelf)

  1. Open the download link in Safari and tap the PDF to download it.
  2. Tap the Share icon and choose GoodNotes or Noteshelf (or save it to Files first).
  3. In GoodNotes, choose “Import as new document”.
  4. To tap the links, use read-only mode in GoodNotes or tap with your finger.

Open it on an Android tablet (Samsung Notes, Noteshelf or Xodo)

  1. Open the download link in Chrome and download the PDF. It is saved in your Downloads folder.
  2. Open Samsung Notes, Noteshelf or Xodo and import the PDF from Downloads.
  3. Write with your S Pen or stylus, and tap the tabs to jump between pages.

Typing in the Typing Edition

  1. Open the Typing Edition in a PDF app that supports form filling, such as Xodo, Adobe Acrobat Reader or your phone’s built-in PDF viewer.
  2. Tap any line, table cell or register box and type. Tap a small square to tick it.
  3. Some note apps, like GoodNotes, do not support typing boxes. There, use the Pen Edition with the app’s text tool.

Adding a student photo

Open the student’s profile page, use your app’s Insert image or Photo tool, then resize the photo and drag it into the photo box.

Common problems

  • The file is slow to open: wait for the download to finish completely, then try the Pen Edition, which is the lightest.
  • Links do not work: switch to the app’s view or read mode, or try another app such as Xodo.
  • Lost the file: use the link in your order email again, or contact us.
