These terms apply to your use of this website and to every purchase of a Vidyabell digital product. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them.

1. Our products

All our products are digital files (mainly PDFs). No physical product is shipped. Product pages describe what each file contains and which devices and apps it is designed for.

2. Your licence

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence for one person to use it. You may use the file on your own devices and print pages for your own classroom or study. You may not share, resell, upload, distribute or claim the file as your own. See our Copyright / Intellectual Property Policy for details.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). Payments are processed securely by our checkout partner, Superprofile, and its payment providers. We do not see or store your card or bank details.

4. Delivery

Your download link is available right after payment, on the checkout confirmation and by email. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

5. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Compatibility

Our planners are standard PDF files. Features such as tap-to-jump links depend on the app you use. Please read the product page and FAQ before buying.

7. Limitation of liability

Our products are provided as planning and learning aids. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
