Frequently asked questions
Answers to common questions about Vidyabell digital products: devices, apps, downloads, payments, printing and refunds.
About our products
Are Vidyabell products printed or digital?
All our products are digital files (mainly PDFs). Nothing is shipped to your address.
Which devices can I use?
Our planners work on iPad, Android tablets, phones and computers. The Digital Teacher Diary comes in two editions: a Pen Edition for stylus writing and a Typing Edition for typing with a keyboard or phone keypad.
Which apps work best?
PDF note-taking apps such as GoodNotes and Noteshelf on iPad, Samsung Notes on Galaxy tablets, and Xodo or Noteshelf on Android. Tap-to-jump links work in apps that support PDF links.
Can I print the pages?
Yes. Our planners are A4, so you can print pages for your own use.
Are the planners dated?
Our teacher diary is undated, so you can start in any month and use a fresh copy every year.
Orders and downloads
How do I get my file?
Your download link appears right after payment and is also sent by email. See Order & Download Help for step-by-step instructions.
I did not receive the email.
Check your Spam and Promotions folders. If it is not there after 15 minutes, contact us with your payment ID and we will send it again.
Can I download it again later?
Yes, use the link in your order email. If it has expired, contact us.
Payments and refunds
How can I pay?
Payments are made on our secure Superprofile checkout, usually by UPI, card, net banking or wallet.
Money was deducted but I got nothing.
Send us your payment screenshot or transaction ID and we will help. See Payment Issues.
Do you offer refunds?
Because digital files are delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds after delivery. We will always help if a file does not arrive or does not open. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Sharing and licences
Can I share my file with colleagues?
Each purchase is for one person. Please ask colleagues to buy their own copy.
Do you offer school licences?
Yes, contact us for a group licence for several teachers or a whole school.
